The CO profiles detail the Power Bar length and stat changes (in AW2 defense format).

The game defines firepower and defense differently than its sequels.
Defense is damage taken, aka +10% defense = 90% damage taken.
Each unit can have individual values to damage dealt and taken, and there's a universal value pair for the whole army. The universal values are usually 110% damage dealt and 90% damage taken during Power. For COs with unite boosts/weaknesses, these add up. E.g. Max has 170% on his direct combat units. With 110% universal damage on top it adds up to 187%. Drake's 80% air units become 88%.

Grit
Foot soldiers no longer get a debuff.
Indirect damage during power: 150% -> 130% (adds up to 143% with the universal 110% damage boost)

Kanbei
Power Bar: 50,000 -> 40,000
Universal damage taken: 80% -> 90%

Sonja
Set to have the same luck/bad luck as everyone else.
Unvervalsal damage dealt: 100% -> 95% (110% during Power, negating the penalty)
Ground and naval units gain an extra terrain star

Eagle
Power Bar: 50,000 -> 60,000
His air units lose the defense boost during Power. Originally damage taken was 90% (from air boost) x 130% (universal) = 117%. Now air units takes 130% damage as well. (They still deal 115% x 80% = 92% damage.)

Drake
Power Bar: 40,000 -> 30,000

Sturm (Vs)
Universal damage dealt: 80% -> 110%
Universal damage taken: 80% -> 110%
Universal damage dealt during Power: 90% -> 120%
Universal damage taken during Power: 70% -> 100%
